1. Right of Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, and if so, to request access to that data. We will provide you with a copy of your personal data free of charge.
2. Right to Rectification
If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. We will make the necessary changes without undue delay.
3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You can request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including:
- The data is no longer necessary for its original purpose
- You withdraw your consent
- You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data has been unlawfully processed
Note: We may need to retain certain data for legal obligations (e.g., tax records, order history).
4. Right to Restriction of Processing
You can request that we limit how we use your data while we verify its accuracy, or while you exercise other rights. During this time, we will store but not process your data.
5. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV). You can also request that we transfer this data to another controller.
6. Right to Object
You can object to the processing of your personal data for:
- Direct marketing purposes (including profiling)
- Processing based on legitimate interests
- Scientific or historical research purposes
7. Rights Related to Automated Decision Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects.
