Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@reveildor.fr with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship Your Item: Carefully pack your jewelry in its original packaging and ship it to our return address using a tracked shipping service.
4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at returns@reveildor.fr to initiate an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Sale items marked as final sale

Refund Information

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

• Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@reveildor.fr. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
